Alliance Select Foods International, Inc. (PSE: FOOD) announces that Mr. Jeoffrey P. Yulo has resigned as Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective June 30, 2026, for personal and health reasons.
The Board wishes Mr. Yulo well in his future endeavors.
The Company has put in place the necessary measures to ensure the orderly transition of leadership and the continuity of its operations. Business operations will continue without disruption while the Board completes the appointment of a successor or Officer-in-Charge.
